LINK Staffing is hiring General Labor / Production Associates for a respected manufacturing company in Fort Worth, TX specializing in high-quality paper tube and protective packaging products. Job Highlights
- Pay: $17.00–$18.00/hour (Temp-to-Hire)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM
- Location: Fort Worth, TX
- Stable first-shift schedule with weekends off

Responsibilities
- Operate and assist production machinery used to manufacture paper tubes and cores
- Load, unload, and move production materials throughout the facility
- Monitor product quality to ensure customer specifications are met
- Cut finished paper tubes to required lengths based on production orders
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
- Work with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals
Requirements
- Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred
- Resume or detailed work history required
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive work throughout the shift
- Strong attendance and punctuality
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Steel-toe boots required for both the interview and employment
Work Environment
This position is in a manufacturing and warehouse environment where production equipment operates throughout the day. The facility can become warm during the summer months; however, fans are positioned throughout the warehouse, dock doors remain open to improve airflow, and employees are provided with water, Gatorade, and popsicles to help stay hydrated.
Production equipment uses industrial glue as part of the manufacturing process. Because stopping the machines requires extensive cleaning before production can resume, employees receive a 30-minute lunch break with no additional scheduled breaks during the shift.
