Shift Times & Pay:
Thursday - Saturday nights, (6:00PM – 6:00AM), and Wednesday (12:00AM – 6:00AM).
Hourly Pay - $16.00/HR
40 hours per week + potential for overtime hours
Summary:
The Production Worker performs physically demanding tasks that require minimal specialized skills or prior work experience. They are responsible for loading and unloading materials, transferring products within the facility, and assisting in production activities. This position also involves maintaining cleanliness in work areas and providing support to other team members as needed.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Manually or using mechanized equipment, load and unload materials, parts, or products.
• Transfer finished products and raw materials throughout the plant and warehouse, utilizing a hand truck or other appropriate means.
• Deliver production items to designated work areas for processing.
• Move processed units to storage areas or prepare them for the next stage of processing.
• Stack processed items in the warehouse according to established guidelines.
• Pack products into containers, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
• Clean work areas using brooms and shovels, maintaining a tidy and safe environment.
• Assist other production workers in their tasks and support production activities as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
• Physical stamina and ability to engage in tasks requiring strength and endurance.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and familiarity with manual and mechanized equipment
• Good coordination and manual dexterity to handle materials safely.
• Willingness to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols, GMPs (good manufacturing practices), PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and company P&P (policies and procedures).
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing work demands. Production floor is non-climate controlled.
