3rd Shift — Staff Pharmacist
- Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Staff Pharmacist Responsibilities
As a Staff Pharmacist at our Dallas, TX location, your core responsibilities will include:
- Oversee and support daily pharmacy operations, including prescription verification, dispensing, and drug utilization review
- Ensure full compliance with local, state (Texas State Board of Pharmacy), and federal pharmacy regulations
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to develop safe and effective medication plans
- Perform patient assessments and support medication administration protocols
- Provide oversight and quality review for sterile compounding operations (for qualified candidates)
- Administer immunizations and other clinical pharmacy services as required
- Mentor, supervise, and support pharmacy technicians and support staff
- Identify and resolve drug therapy problems, interactions, and patient safety concerns
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with all pharmacy management systems
Qualifications & Requirements
Required:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an ACPE-accredited pharmacy program
- Active pharmacist license in Texas, in good standing with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy
- Strong working knowledge of pharmacy law, drug interactions, and clinical best practices
- Ability to perform patient assessments and support medication administration in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
- Must be able to work on-site in Dallas, TX — this is not a remote position
Preferred (not required):
- Experience in sterile compounding, IV admixture, or 503B pharmacy operations
- Background in high-volume or specialty pharmacy environments
- BLS or immunization certification
