Available Shifts & Compensation
2nd Shift
Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Starting Salary: $140,000+ annually
3rd Shift
Sunday–Thursday | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Compensation: Shift-based pay discussed during interview
Key Responsibilities
Support daily pharmacy operations in staff and/or sterile settings based on experience
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal pharmacy regulations
Collaborate with healthcare providers to support medication plans
Perform patient assessments and medication administration as required
Oversee pharmacy technicians and support staff
Provide immunizations and additional pharmacy services when applicable
Support sterile compounding oversight and workflow compliance when needed
Qualifications
Pharmacy degree from an accredited pharmacy program
Active Texas Pharmacist License in good standing
Experience performing patient assessments and medication administration
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical practice and regulatory compliance
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site pharmacy environment
