Electrical Quality Control Inspector – $22–$25/hr – 2nd Shift (Temp-to-Hire)

Where You’ll Work

You’ll be working in a modern manufacturing environment supporting electrical component production. The facility is process-driven and organized, with strong quality standards, clear documentation procedures, and a strong emphasis on safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect electrical components and assemblies during and after production

• Review and verify assembly documentation, QC forms, and inspection records

• Use digital multimeters, metric tape measures, and hand tools during inspections

• Identify, document, and report non-conforming materials or workmanship issues

• Communicate inspection findings with production and quality teams

• Maintain organization and cleanliness in accordance with 5S standards

• Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures

Requirements

• 1–3 years of quality control or inspection experience in a manufacturing environment

• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics

• Hands-on experience using digital multimeters and precision measuring tools

• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy

• Basic English communication (verbal and written)

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform hands-on inspection tasks
