Location: Katy, TX Area
Pay: $24.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 2nd Shift | Temp-to-Hire

What You’ll Do
- Inspect electrical components and finished assemblies during and after production
- Check workmanship and verify products meet quality standards and specifications
- Review inspection records, QC forms, and production paperwork for accuracy
- Use digital multimeters, measuring tools, and basic hand tools during inspections
- Identify defects, non-conforming materials, or workmanship issues and document findings
- Communicate inspection results with production and quality team members
- Support corrective action efforts with clear notes, measurements, and reports
- Keep the inspection area clean, organized, and safe
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of quality control or inspection experience in a manufacturing environment
- Electrical inspection experience preferred
- Ability to read electrical schematics and basic mechanical drawings
- Experience using multimeters and precision measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills
- Basic English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform hands-on inspection work
