Responsibilities
Perform routine analytical tests on raw materials, in-process, and finished products
Maintain accurate records of test results, data, and interpretations
Identify and communicate quality issues with production and management teams
Support investigations of product complaints, deviations, and non-conformances
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements
Follow safety and quality procedures while keeping lab clean and organized
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality control lab or related field preferred
Knowledge of wet chemistry and physical property testing techniques
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
