LINK Staffing is hiring an experienced Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator for a respected distribution company in Irving, TX. If you have experience operating Reach Trucks, Stand-Up Forklifts, and Sit-Down Forklifts, along with inventory and SAP experience, this is an excellent opportunity to join a stable team with long-term potential.
Job Highlights
- Pay: $18.00/hour (Temp-to-Hire)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM (or until finished)
- Location: Irving, TX
- Consistent weekday schedule with weekends off

Responsibilities
- Safely operate Reach Truck, Stand-Up Forklift, and Sit-Down Forklift equipment
- Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products throughout the warehouse
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Receive inbound shipments and verify quantities and product condition
- Process inventory transactions and maintain accurate records using SAP
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control activities
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns
- Assist with shipping, receiving, palletizing, labeling, and other warehouse duties
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following OSHA and company safety standards
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience preferred
- Experience operating:
- Reach Truck
- Stand-Up Forklift
- Sit-Down Forklift
- Forklift certification preferred
- Experience using SAP or a similar warehouse management system
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
- Basic computer and math skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Shipping and receiving experience
- RF scanner experience
- Inventory management and cycle count experience
- Experience in a high-volume warehouse or manufacturing environment
