Forklift Operator – Temp-to-Hire
Location: Carrollton, TX
Pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour
Schedule: Day and night shifts available

Link Staffing has partnered with a rapidly growing, family-owned Texas distillery seeking experienced Sit-Down Forklift Operators. This opportunity offers competitive pay, stable full-time hours, potential overtime, and long-term career growth.
Available Schedules
- Sunday–Tuesday, Days: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM; Wednesday, 6:00 AM–12:00 PM
- Sunday–Tuesday, Nights: 6:00 PM–6:00 AM; Wednesday, 6:00 PM–12:00 AM
- Thursday–Saturday, Days: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM; Wednesday, 12:00 PM–6:00 PM
- Thursday–Saturday, Nights: 6:00 PM–6:00 AM; Wednesday, 12:00 AM–6:00 AM
Important: Candidates must be available to train on first shift from 7:00 AM–3:30 PM for approximately 2–5 days.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a sit-down forklift in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment
- Create and receive transfer orders using NetSuite/Oracle WMS
- Pick, pack, kit, prepare, and stage orders for delivery or customer pickup
- Receive and inspect incoming materials against shipping documentation
- Store materials and equipment in their designated locations
- Process returned materials and equipment according to company procedures
- Perform daily forklift safety inspections and report any issues
- Maintain accurate inventory and system records
- Keep the facility clean, organized, secure, and safe
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Communicate professionally with coworkers, supervisors, and customers
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of verifiable sit-down forklift experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with NetSuite/Oracle, AS400, SAP, or another WMS/ERP system
- Strong computer skills
- Previous warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to bend, lift light-to-medium materials, and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and productivity
