Where You’ll Work

You’ll be supporting a respected industrial operation in the North Houston area, working closely with internal teams to maintain accurate databases, generate reports, and ensure reliable data across operational systems. This is a structured, office-based role with regular hours and long-term potential.

Job Highlights

• Pay: $28–$33 per hour (based on experience)
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Location: North Houston
• Position Type: Full-time, long-term opportunity
• Environment: Office-based with collaboration across operations, inventory, and production teams

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform routine data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Identify, research, and help resolve data discrepancies
• Maintain, update, and correct records in internal databases
• Support database reporting used by operations, inventory, production, and customer-facing teams
• Assist with monitoring data workflows such as receipts, transfers, imports, and exports
• Participate in periodic audits to ensure data compliance and accuracy
• Analyze basic data trends to support operational decision-making
• Help team members access, interpret, and use reports effectively
• Maintain organized digital file structures in line with internal standards

What We’re Looking For

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• 2 years of experience in data entry, database support, analytics, or administrative systems
• Familiarity with data management concepts; experience with databases or SQL is a plus
• Strong Excel skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience learning and working within ERP, inventory, or data management systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured environment
