Responsibilities

• Assist with daily sterile and non-sterile compounding production
• Prepare, count, package, and label medications according to SOPs
• Support inventory management, documentation, and workflow accuracy
• Maintain cleanroom standards and compliance (USP 795/797/800)
• Collaborate with pharmacists and supervisors to meet daily production goals
• Participate in audits, quality checks, and process improvements

Qualifications

Pharmacy Technician

• Active Texas Pharmacy Technician License
• 1+ year of experience in compounding, production, fulfillment, or retail
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow regulated procedures

Pharmacy Technician in Training

• Active Texas Technician Trainee Registration
• Interest in compounding and advancing to full licensure
• Ability to work in a structured, quality-focused environment
