What You’ll Be Doing
• Receive, stage, and move inbound/outbound materials to assigned storage locations
• Package, wrap, label, and stage finished goods for shipment
• Accurately pack and document returned materials to support RMA processing
• Record shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions accurately and on time in Oracle EBS
• Follow FIFO practices during storage, picking, and material handling activities
• Perform order fulfillment, cycle counts, and discrepancy reporting as needed
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies or material control issues to leads/supervisors
• Transport materials and enclosures safely using approved methods and equipment
• Operate warehouse equipment such as stand-up/sit-down forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and other authorized lifting devices
• Maintain clean, organized work areas in accordance with 6S standards
• Monitor equipment condition and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
• Follow all warehouse safety, environmental health, and PPE requirements
• Provide temporary coverage for absent team members to maintain workflow continuity
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or material handling
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 pounds
• Experience operating stand-up or sit-down forklifts and electric pallet jacks
• Ability to operate company box trucks (as required)
• Strong attention to detail and basic problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with leads, supervisors, and team members
• Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining accountability for assigned tasks
