Location: Dallas area near DeSoto, TX
Pay: $21.00 per hour, depending on shift
Schedule:
- K1: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM-3:30 PM
- K3: Friday-Sunday, 5:00 AM-5:30 PM
Status: Temp-to-perm
LINK Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Lead for a climate-controlled distribution center in the Dallas area near DeSoto. This is a hands-on lead role supporting outbound operations, helping keep orders moving accurately, safely, and on schedule. Pay ranges from $19.00-$21.00 per hour depending on shift.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and support outbound warehouse activities during the shift
- Assign tasks and help monitor daily workflow for warehouse staff
- Support sorting, staging, and loading of outbound product
- Train new team members on outbound procedures and safe equipment use
- Help enforce safety practices across the work area
- Resolve day-to-day issues involving orders, workflow, and team coordination
- Use a warehouse management system to track outbound activity and inventory movement
- Work alongside the team to help meet productivity and accuracy goals
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a warehouse lead or team lead role
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, material handling, and inventory movement
- Experience working in a high-volume distribution center
- Familiarity with AS400 or a similar warehouse management system
- Ability to perform physical warehouse work, including lifting as needed
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
